I got back from vacation last Friday afternoon and it seems I have been non-stop ever since. I haven't even had time to stop and blog, which is one of my favorite things to do. I have however had the chance to do some writing for my women's ministry. I have so many things to be thankful for this week:
- That we had an awesome vacation last week on our cruise to the Bahamas
- We had perfect weather and my little man had the time of his life
- We had a good week renewing as a family and that after 7 days at 24 hours with me, hubby didn't strangle me (haha)
- For my mom and her NEW laptop
- For old friends I have been catching up with
- For people who "get me"
- For an opportunity to serve the Lord in the way He sees fit not based on how others think I should do it
- For our upcoming Women's ministry kick-off this Sat and all the volunteers and their hard work and dedication
- That Bible studies are starting again at our church - I am so excited to see what God is going to do this year
- That hubby went to the doctor and got medication for his sinus infection -- plus the insurance that paid for most of it
- For a country that allows me to voice my opinion
- For my salvation
- That my sinus headache finally went away
- That the hurricanes missed our side of Florida and that the storms have not been as severe as projected (keep praying for the rest of the upcoming storms)
- For unconditional love and acceptance

Blessings,

God bless your thankful heart, paula. happy TT.
Hi Paula, I found you via Thankful Thursday and thought I'd drop in and say hi, one Paula to another. I am also in my late 30s (although quite proud to say I'll be 40 in under 2 years!) and am the solo parent of a 4 year old girl. I will definitely keep looking in on your blog. A great list of things to be thankful for too! Inspirational! Love in Him, Paula :-)
Great list! (Hey, I'm a mom - do I get a laptop, too? LOL!)
